Feast of Tabernacles Celebration
15 – 24 October 2024
We are looking forward to greeting you in the city of our King, Jerusalem.
ICZC offers the following options to join the Feast of Tabernacles celebrations with accommodations. The prices are per person and include:
- Full Feast registration – for the Hinnom Valley daytime celebrations and evening meetings.
- Hotel accommodation for 9 nights Full Board (Breakfast, lunch and Dinner), arrival October 15th, check out October 24th.
- Sightseeing in Jerusalem as well as the magnificent Jerusalem March and special events at Shiloh, the Dead Sea, the Jordan River, the NOVA Memorial, the Army Fortress and Balm of Gilead in the desert.
- All related transfers
Hotel Yehuda and Jerusalem Gardens
If you would like to use this option for your accommodations during the celebrations, we can offer you the following options:- Single Occupancy room $ 3,250
- Double Occupancy

– Standard room $ 2,275 - 4 person Occupancy room $ 2,050
Boarding School (Israel Goldstein Youth Village)
This year our economy package is at the Israel Goldstein Village which is situated in lovely gardens. If you would like to use the Israel Goldstein Village for your accommodations during the celebrations, we can offer you the following options:
- Single Occupancy room $ 2,375
- Double Occupancy room $ 1,870
- 4 person Occupancy room $ 1,650
Additional excursions
In addition to the conference we also offer an additional 2 days of excursions (please make sure flights and accommodations are adjusted accordingly).
Cost is $155 per person per excursion.
On Thursday October 24th we will be sightseeing the Galilee.
On Friday October 25th we are going to the famous Ein Gedi nature reserve, to Masada and have a Simchat Torah (giving of the law) celebration.
Additional hotel nights
In case you arrive early or leave later, we offer the option to extend your stay.
The cost per night depends on the accommodation of your choice and are:
Hotel Yehuda and Jerusalem Gardens

Boarding School (Israel Goldstein Youth Village)

Feast Registration only
Would you like to come to the Feast Celebrations, while using your own accommodations? This option includes the celebrations and meetings at the Hinnom Valley, visits to sites and celebrations in Jerusalem, the festive Jerusalem March and lunch during these events. It does NOT include the accommodations and the additional tours and excursions.
Cost of the Feast Registration only package – $ 575
Additional Excursions (already included in the Feast and Accommodation package)
The additional tours and excursions can be booked separately (including lunch, subject to availability):

Notes regarding payment and cancellations:
- For registrations that are paid in full on or before August 15th we offer a 5% discount.
- Payment deadlines: 50% before August 15th and Full payment before October 1st.
- We have already reserved a limited number of rooms at the hotel. Please confirm your bookings at your earliest convenience as rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Cancellation – if you should need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Cancellation fees:
– minimum cancellation fee – $ 300
– from August 15th until August 31st – 15% of total cost
– from September 1st until September 30th – 75% of total cost
– from October 1st – 90% of total cost
Please note:
- Delegates will be responsible for own visa and airfare.
- Airport transfers can be done through taking Public Transport (train, Sheruts or taxis) from Ben Gurion Airport.
- Starting from August 2024 visitors from countries without visa requirements are required to register with the Israeli authorities before arriving in the country, click here for more information.
