ICZC offers the following Hotel including Feast Registration package options for 2023. We have secured some four star plus accommodation in The Maurice M. Dwek Guest House. Our economy package is in a Boarding School situated in lovely gardens.

1. Boarding School Accommodation:
2 people per room sharing: Price per person USD TBC

Extra nights: 2 people per room: USD TBC p/p   4 people per room: TBC USD p/p

2. Gloria Hotel
Regrettably, the Gloria Hotel is no longer available.

3. The Maurice M. Dwek Guest House

The above packages include the following per person:
*Full Feast Registration for the Hinnom Valley daytime celebrations and evening meetings 
*Hotel + accommodation for 9 nights full board (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) (29 SEP-8 OCT 2023) Check out is on the 8 of October.
*Bus transfers to other locations and the Jerusalem March 
*All Entry Fees

NB Extra Option: On 2 October You can book Additional Baptism Tour with us at USD TBC per day (See registration form)

Please note that delegates will be responsible for own visa and airfare. Airport transfers could be done through taking Sheruts or taxis from Ben Gurion Airport.

Full Feast Registration Without Accommodation: USD TBC
Full Feast Access with self-accommodation (you organize and pay for your own accommodation): USD TBC per day (includes lunch)
+ dinner per evening is optional, costing USD TBC / day

This option includes entry to the Hinnom Valley Celebrations, evening meetings, and tours included in the program.

NB Language Translations – for those who need language translation the cost for this during the Feast will be USD TBC per person.

We have limited reserved rooms in the Hotels so please confirm your bookings soonest as your registration will be
processed on a first-come-first-served basis.


50 % Feast Payment is required by 1 July, with full payment required by 14 August 2023

Cancellations and Non-refundable deposits:
If you should need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing soonest.
We incur expense whenever a confirmed Registreer cancels their registration.
The following cancellation fees will be charged:

    • Non refundable deposit of USD 100
    • Cancellation up to 31 July 2023: 25% of total Feast costs held, a refund of 75% of payment/s received, 
    • Cancellation up to 31 July to 31 August 2023: 50% of total Feast costs held, a refund of 50% of payment/s received
    • Cancellation up to 31 August to 15 September 2023: 80% of total Feast costs held, a refund of 20% of payment/s received
    • Cancellations after 15 September 2023: 90 % of total Feast costs held, a refund of 10% of payment/s received
